Our second Supper Club we are pleased to feature locally sourced ingredients. With the help from our neighboring ranchers and farmers we have created an awesome menu:

Pecan shortbread with chevre chard mousse and pickled Strawberry

Lamb Kofta with harissa yoghurt

1st course

Red Snapper and Gulf shrimp cured with mescal and sour orange

 asian pear slaw & cucumber mint aspic

2nd course

Seared duck breast with green olive, pumpkinseed, cilantro pesto

Fresh corn spoon bread

Tomato, squash, & black-eyed pea succotash


Plum sorbet, rose petal pavlova, pink champagne sabayon, and plum coulis
